| A lot has happened since my last post. I have turned 16, started driving, participated on my school's track team. I had terrible shin splint this year so I didn't get to do as much as I would have liked, but I did get to do the 100 meter high hurdles. And I really enjoyed them. Here is a picture of me at one of my meets. (that's my coach in the background)  Track is now over, but I really enjoyed the experience and hope that my shins get better so I can do it again.

| my really great friend zarah wanted me to update.
I know she wasn't expecting me to update about her, but that's what i'm going to do.
Zarah is an amazing person. She is one of my best friends. She is always there whenever I need her. I like the way she is always so excited and loves life. She is makes me want to do better. Zarah is an awesome athlete and I'm so proud of her and her cross country skills. She is amazing. Zarah is also a beautiful girl. Not only on the outside but on the inside too. I respect her and am so proud of the way she has let God work in her life. He is her number one and that's how she lives her life. I love you Zarah! You're the best! Keep up the great work!

| I love my family. I love being a Knowles.
Today after school Kate came and picked Kim and me up from school. She took us out to dinner at our favorite, taco bell!  I love my sisters.
Then I wrestled with Chuckie and Alli. Of course I beat them.
My dad is amazing. I love talkint to him, and laughing with him. He picked me up and rocked me like he use to when I was little. I'll be very sad when the day comes that I'm too big for him to do that.
I love laughing with him mom over little things. We both laugh very easily and have fun watching tv and doing stuff together.
I just love my family. They are amaizng and I don't know what I would do without them.

| I love my friends.
Today I had Eileen, Monica, Josiah, and Brandon over. We just chilled in my basement playing catch phrase, air hockey, darts, and watching a movie. I love hanging out with them. My friends are great. Here are some pics from our amazing last day of vacation.

| so my dog is pretty dumb. i mean i love him to death. but guess what he just did?
he just came running down the stairs and i looked at him and he had white stuff all over his face and all over him. i was like what the heck is that? and no it was not snow. i smelled it and it was fluff! zeus, being the bright dog that he is, got into the pantry and got the fluff out. then he chewed off the cap and ate what was in it. yeah, that's pretty annoying.
so me being the nice person i am took him outside first. lol. i thought that would be better than making him go out after his bath and freezing his butt off. lol. so after i brought him in i gave him a bath.
now i have this pathetic, wet thing sitting on my lap shivering. haha.
the joys of having a dog. :)
